Bursaries

A limited number of bursaries provided by the Rank Prize Fund are available for students attending Photon 2024. 

The value of the bursary is £300. Students wishing to apply for a bursary must meet the following criteria:

  1. Bursaries will only be awarded to graduate students applying for an advanced degree in a suitable subject (i.e., one of relevant to Photon 2024) at a University in the UK or Republic of Ireland.
  2. Applicants must attend Photon 2024 for the full duration of the meeting.
  3. Preference will be given to authors who have an abstract accepted for an oral or poster presentation
