Exhibition


A trade exhibition will be held alongside the conference programme offering  manufacturers or agents providing equipment, instruments or components associated with:- imaging and sensing systems; lasers and other light sources; optical components; optical coating; optical detectors - spectrometers or instrumentation and quantum technologies, a platform to promote their services, display products and highlight their latest innovations. Other organisations including publishers, employers of science graduates are also welcome. 

The exhibition will open on Tuesday 3 September and close after lunch on Thursday 5 September.  The package includes:

  • Table measuring 1.8m and two chairs
  • A single electrical socket
  • Content on the website 
  • Refreshments, Lunch and the Poster Receptions for one representative.

Booking Information:

Please read the following information prior to booking your stand via the exhibition portal. 

Exhibition Portal

  1. To begin your booking, please create an account selecting a memorable password as this will allow you to log back into the portal to make any changes to your booking. You will also need the password to register (when available). 
  2. Select your preferred stand from the menu - you can see which stands are available via the Live Interactive Floor Plan.
  3. Add your contact details (all fields marked with an asterisks are mandatory). 
  4. Add your company profile, weblinks, social media links etc. using the manage existing bookings tab.  You need to select 'add brochure' and select the type of file from the drop down menu.
  5. You can view invoice and payment details via the relevant tab. Our payment terms are 30 days and you can either pay using a credit or debit card via the payment form, or arrange payment via BACS. Our account details can be found here. If you would prefer to pay in instalments, please contact claire.garland@iop.org to discuss payment terms. 
  6. All exhibitors are bound by the Terms and Conditions and IOP Code of Conduct
